Homemade Granola! Crunchy and full of flavor. It will make you jump out of bed excited. The perfect quick breakfast to start your day off well. Paire it with some yogurt and honey or have it with just milk.
Measure all dry ingredients into a big bowl and mix them.
Melt the coconut oil. Add it to dry ingredients together with the maple syrup and the honey. Mix well!
Pour the granola mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the Müesli with a pancake flipper or similar. (The top part browns quicker). Bake for another 5-10 minutes until it is all evenly golden brown.
Let it cool. Once cooled, add the cranberries and sliced almonds. Toss them together and fill the Müesli in an airtight container.
Notes
